Please read the following terms and conditions associated with the event before agreeing to proceed. Any concerns need to be brought to the team should be done so via email jjswimming@outlook.com.

1. All JJ Swim Camp bookings are through invoices via emails or text messages. Any issue or concerns need to be directed to JJ Swimming email.

2. Any queries relating to the Swim Camp themselves will also need to be directed via email.

3. If due to any restrictions that the Swim Camp will not be able to proceed we will issue a full refund.

4. Bookings can be cancelled up to two weeks before a camp and be eligible for 1/2 a refund. After midnight 14 days prior, any cancellations will be non-refundable. 

5. By attending JJ Swimming class, you are aware of the risks associated with both pool and dry land-based activities and accept responsibility for any injuries sustained. 

6. By signing the booking form, you have agreed that the swimmer taking part is medically fit to partake in strenuous exercise. JJ Swim Team must be made aware of any conditions, medical or health related conditions via email.

7. Attendees are responsible for arranging travel and parking to and from their booked swim camp.

8. Please be aware that JJ Swimming may wish to take individual and group photographs/videos of those swimmers attending the camp for our promotional material (website/social media). If you wish to not have photos taken please let JJ Swimming know via email.

9. Swimmers are responsible for providing their own food and drink for the camp they attend. There is a cafe on site called the writers block where swimmers will be welcome to buy food. JJ Swimming staff will not be held responsible for any dietary or allergy issues that arise due to consumption of food and drink. Please ensure any allergies are made aware to JJ Swimming via email.

10. Regarding the age of swimmers attending our event is based on Age on Day of the event.

11. Please make sure everything brought to the Swim Camp has your name on it. We cannot take any responsibility for the damage or loss to personal belongings that are brought on site.
