This summer, join us for two exciting Performance Camps designed to help swimmers develop their technique, racing skills, confidence, and understanding of what it takes to perform at their very best.
Following the success of our previous camps, we're back with two specialist programmes that combine expert coaching, underwater video analysis, athlete education, more pool time then ever, to help swimmers take their performance to the next level.

The JJ Secrets
One of the most popular parts of our camps is learning the "JJ Secrets".
These are the small technical details, race habits, training tips and performance tricks we've developed through years of coaching and competitive swimming. Often it's the smallest changes that make the biggest difference. Throughout the camp, swimmers will learn practical tips and techniques that they can immediately apply to their own swimming to help them train smarter, race better, and perform with confidence.
TECHNIQUE PERFORMANCE CAMP

Understand The Skills and Drills That Create Faster Swimmers
This camp is dedicated to refining technique and helping swimmers understand how to move through the water more efficiently.
Through detailed coaching and underwater video analysis, swimmers will gain a deeper understanding of their stroke mechanics and learn how small technical improvements can lead to significant performance gains.

Learn How to Perform When It Matters Most
Built for swimmers looking to gain an advantage on race day.
This camp focuses on the skills, tactics and mindset needed to perform with confidence when it matters most.
Swimmers will take part in race-specific training sessions and experience a realistic gala-style racing simulation, helping them learn how to execute races effectively under pressure.

Who are the camps suitable for?
Our Performance Camps are designed for swimmers aged 10–16 who regularly attend club training and are looking to develop their technique, racing skills, confidence, and understanding of performance swimming.
Does my child need to be a JJ Swimming swimmer?
No. Our camps are open to all competitive swimmers who meet the recommended age and ability level.
Can swimmers attend both camps?
Absolutely. The camps complement each other perfectly, with one focusing on technique and the other on race performance. You will also be eligible for a discount when booking both!
Will swimmers receive individual feedback?
Yes. Every swimmer will receive personalised coaching feedback throughout the camp, as well as opportunities to review underwater video footage together! this will then be sent back with you at the end of the camp to keep!
How much time will swimmers spend in the water?
Swimmers will benefit from approximately 4 hours of pool-based coaching each day. All swimmers will spend 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. After lots of feedbacks and consideration sesions are carefully planned to maximise learning and development while ensuring swimmers have regular breaks to rest, refuel, and recover.

📅 Technique Camp: Friday 7th, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August 9-5:30pm each day.
📅 Race Camp: Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th August 9-5:30pm each day.

🏊 Suitable For: Competitive swimmers who regularly attend club training and are looking to improve their technique, race skills, confidence, and overall performance. Also swim fit swimmers who'd like a deeper look into swimming both competitively and also for technical aspects.
